We are pleased to inform about our new publication of “Cryptoassets and Blockchain 2022”.

The publication deals with the legal framework in Liechtenstein for all kinds of digital/tokenized assets and answers the most relevant questions in connection with digital/tokenized assets.

The publication in particular explains the Token Container Model (TCM) which was invented by the Liechtenstein lawmaker, implemented in the Liechtenstein Blockchain Act (Token and Trusted Technology Service Provider Act; TVTG) and which acted as a role model for the planned European regulation of Cryptoassets (MiCA Regulation).

The publication gives the reader an overview on the key aspects and answers main questions on the treatment of digital/tokenized assets in Liechtenstein.
